Sale Terms and Conditions
Any items advertised on sale are only available on full priced items in store until sold out.
Sales, promotions and discounts are not available on kits such as grow tent combos, propagation kits, light kits, LED lighting or any other item that is discounted at the discretion of Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress.
Sale items are not available on loyalty card, freight, plants, fish, soft drinks and Ultra Klean or B-Clear branded products, Vegepods at the discretion of Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress.
No rain checks, lay-by or pre-orders are available on sale items and full payment is required at time of purchase.
Freight and shipping costs are not available on sale.
No refunds are available on items purchased prior to sale.

Competition Terms and Conditions
Competitions, Give-Aways, and Promotions are only open to Australian residents 18 years and over.
Winners of competitions and promotions are bound by the following terms related to their prizes:
Prize Exchange and Refund: Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded for cash.
Shipping where offered: For prizes that involve delivery, shipping costs are not included in the prize value. However, arrangements for shipping can be made at the expense of the prize-winner. For prizes where shipping is not included, the customer shall pick up from our Canning Vale store at their own expense.
Photo Consent: Winners must consent to having their photo taken for use on Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress social media profiles. This may be done to announce the winner or showcase the prize presentation.
Email Consent: All entries requiring an email address agree to sign up for our newsletter and the occassional marketing email.
Phone Consent: All entries requiring a phone number agree to the occasional marketing text message.
Please note that the above terms apply to any competitions, give-aways, or promotions held by Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress and are open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older. These terms also exclude prizes from being eligible for warranty coverage.
Upon the selection of a winner in any competition or promotion, the winner will be notified and provided with 48 hours to respond. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, a re-draw will take place to determine an alternate winner.
Winner must consent to a photo of themselves being taken for use on Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress social media and any other advertising at our discretion.
Competitions run by Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress are not available to staff or family of staff.

Warranty Exclusion for Prizes
For competitions, give-aways, and promotions organized by Aquaponics WA and Hydroponic Xpress, the standard warranty terms do not apply to the prizes awarded. The winners of such contests are not eligible for warranty coverage on the prizes they receive.
